Do I need a requisition?
The only tests that require a signed requisition are the early cancer detection tests (Episeek) and pre-natal genetic testing (NIPT). All other tests do not require a requisition.
How long to get test results?
We ship specimens on Wednesdays, and most tests process in 2-10 business days, so it depends when your blood draw is complete relative to the shipping date. Less common or specialty tests could take longer. Be sure to ask us if you need to know for your specific test!
How do I receive my results
Results will be emailed to you via secure HIPPA compliant email servers.
Do you operate in any other cities?
Unfortunately we are only operating in Calgary at this time. Visitors from our of town would be required to provide a safe and private place for specimen collection such as a hotel room or residence of a friend or family.
What is your refund policy?
Once a test collection is complete, refunds are only provided if the test is not run by the laboratory, such as specimen time out or error. If the test is run, we incur the costs which makes your purchase non refundable. contact us.
